Nurses in Republic of Ireland are on Industrial Action from 30/01/2019 in relation to retention and recruitment of nurses. INMO has taken major step in raising this issue, as Public health system in country is widely affected due to shortage of nursing staffs. Due to low pay and increased workload, nurses are forced to leave the public health system and move out of profession or to move to other country.
